Jaime Suber
Center Manager
B.S. Health Science Education
Certified Teacher Birth -4 and Health K-12

Jaime has been at the Clyatt House Learning Center since 2009.  She began teaching in 2005 after graduating from the University of Florida Cum Laude.  She taught Health, Special Education, Reading and was the Yearbook adviser at Eastside High School in Gainesville. I changed my major several times before finding teaching! I loved seeing children "get it"  and knowing that maybe in some child's life I would be someone that made a lasting impression is what drove me to pursue teaching as a career. I love our children at the center like their my part of my family - I make sure that they are taken care of, given a proper learning environment and that our their teachers give them the education that they need and deserve. I strive to instill in our staff that the children in our care need to feel safe, loved and cared for while they are here then learning will come easier! I met my husband nine years ago when the Lord brought me to Chiefland for a random trip to Walmart. We got married six years ago and have three beautiful children - Tanner, Colt and Taylor. I have lived all over the world - Iceland, Maryland, and Japan - but always knew that one day I would end up in a small town married with a family and here I am and thankful everyday for where the Lord has led me.

Stacy Pitts, National CDA
Substitute Teacher

Stacy has been part of the Clyatt House family since 2002.  She has her National Child Development Associate (CDA) Preschool and is currently working to complete the infant and toddler endorsement. She has two beautiful children and a wonderful husband. My love for children became a very important part of my life at a young age after taking care of my sister and other children. At the age of 14 I realized how essential it was to give children a positive and loving atmosphere to surround themselves in. I give myself to the children to be the hug or the smile that they need and praying that the positives that I give them carry on as some of my teachers have in my life. Teaching them to love themselves, and no matter what someone may tell them if they have a will to succeed the skies the limit!
